Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our furniture products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, with all packaging and tags
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Recliners & rockers with fabric upholstery
  • Ottomans & footstools with fabric components

Additionally, any item showing signs of use or assembly cannot be returned.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

  • Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  • Body:
    • Your order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Preferred solution (refund or specific exchange product)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we will:

  • Verify your request’s eligibility
  • Provide return instructions
  • Issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please:

  • Repackage item securely in original packaging with all accessories
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the package

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors)
  • Reflect in your account within 7-10 business days (varies by financial institution)

Exchange Process

  • Replacement item ships after we receive and process your return
  • Price differences will be adjusted (you pay more for upgrades, receive refunds for lower-priced items)
  • Standard shipping rates apply unless original shipment qualified for free shipping

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged/defective item:

  • Include photos of the issue
  • We’ll arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost
