Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging and tags
- You must initiate the return process within 15 days of receiving the item
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Recliners & rockers with fabric upholstery
- Ottomans & footstools with fabric components
- Any item that shows signs of use or assembly
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our team will:
- Verify your request’s eligibility
- Provide return instructions
- Issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please:
- Repackage the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all original accessories and documentation
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- You should see the refund in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original shipment qualified for free shipping
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
